dark souls 2 dlc bundle

hi i have tried several time pay and download the dark souls 2 dlc bundle on xbox live marketplace and the website each time i try it tells me to try again later this process is getting very frustrating please help !!!!

Charged for dlc but unable to play.

So I recently purchased the three dark souls 2 dlc. Not in the bundle but seperate due to forces beyond my control.

Why can I not buy or download the dark souls DLC on the Xbox One store? It says bundle only, but when I click on the bundle button, it doesn't bring to a screen to download.

 

Hello. I am also having an issue with this bundle. On the xbox I get error message 80153048. The website says this is a billing issue but all my billing information is correct.

No my account region and actual location are both US.

 

mines the same region to i even downloaded something else as a test its only this dlc i cant buy from the xbox live marketplace or website

I am also having this problem, I've contacted support, done everything on the error help page and confirmed all of my billing accounts, made sure I can access my money. I've done every step and yet I can still not purchase this bundle. I think it might have
something to do with Namco Bandai's end as with their Naruto Character Packs they had earlier this year. They had had a problem with people outside of a single region being able to download a specific dlc.

Hi. That is the correct bundle. I have tried the trouble shooting steps and they haven't worked. I am in the united states.

 

That is the correct dlc, I'm in the United states and the trouble shooting fixes do not solve the problem
