    Not surpried by this news to be honest. Kind of a head scratcher that Dark Souls 1 isnt getting a remaster as well.

    Nostalgia time!

    Dark Souls. The single thing I'm really excited about in the next year of hardware and games is Dark Souls 2, and it's coming out on 360. I do hope they release it on next gen consoles as well, though.

    Yeah, there are a few remakes coming out. Fortunately for me, most of them are ones I have not played.

    1 was okay ^ very bloody hard and definitely a challenging game but worth the effort if you managed to snag it on GwG the other month.

    Don't bother with Dark Souls II. It's a shallow attempt at what made Demon and Dark Souls so good.

    Hell yeah! I can't wait. I knew it was only a matter of time. All the DLC plus new content as well. DS is my favorite game from last gen.

    I sold my 360 when the ONE was released and I didn't get a chance to play DS II. That was my only regret for selling it. I've been tempted to pick it up for PS3 though, but now it doesn't matter

    I'm super stoked!! Can't wait.

    I'm liking the fact that I'll get to continue to play this game on next gen consoles and not have to go back to my 360. However not liking the fact I'll need to buy it again.

    Pretty much how I feel about DkS2. I'd be all over a DkS1 makeover but not this, besides, by the time this releases I'll be playing too much Bloodborne to even notice it exists.

    If you thoroughly enjoyed Dark Souls, prepare for disappointment with Dark Souls II.

    That should actually be its title, Dark Souls II: Prepare for Disappointment edition. The second is no where near the brilliance of the first one, in my opinion.
