I ordered Dark Souls 3 Deluxe on Feb 21st and still haven't received my free code for Dark Souls 1. I was told to post this reference number from my chat session:

The Dark Souls download code i got with Dark Souls 3 seems to be missing the final three characters of the 25-digit code.
