Discus and support Dark Souls 1 download code never came! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased dark souls 3 2/19. It's now 3/8. You do the math.     I purchased dark souls 3 2/19. It's now 3/8. You do the math. I'm in the same boat as everyone else so yes, I'm a little upset. Someone help fix this? Please? None of us should have to go hunting down this code! It's plain unacceptable and I feel flat out
    scammed!! Code should have been sent to my message center on Xbox like we were all told it would be. There'll be an excuse. But Microsoft has no qualms with taking my money every month on time for live. Rant over...

    Dark Souls 1 Code not received from Dark Souls 3 Promotion

    Hi,

    I bought Dark Souls 3 from the xbox store back in March while the free Dark Souls 1 download promotion was going on. I never received the code. I chatted with some xbox support staff and they verified my license and said that I should make a post here
    and the promotions team would get me the code that I never received to download Dark Souls 1.

    Dark Souls 3 Digital Deluxe but no DS1 key

    I ordered Dark Souls 3 Digital Deluxe from the Microsoft website. It stated that it came with a key for Dark Souls 1 but after the purchase and weeks after I never received a key or download prompt on my xbox one. I purchased Dark Souls 3 on 14 April 2016.

    The Dark Souls codes you get for pre-ordering Dark Souls III on Xbox One have not sent out yet. Since codes have not gone out yet, please make a new post if you don't receive your Dark Souls for Xbox 360 code by the end of Friday, Mar. 4th.
