    Dark Souls 1 digital pre order code


    Like many others, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 digitally from the Xbox Live store, with the hopes of playing a backwards compatible version the original Dark Souls on my Xbox One. Seven to ten days was the advertised wait time for the arrival of the
    redemption code. Now... like many others I am still waiting well over 10 days later for my code. I was told to make a post if I hadn't received the code by March 4th. I decided to give it another couple days, but I keep getting the feeling I won't be seeing
    the code at all...

    Dark Souls 1 is not currently a backwards compatible game so I'm guessing that you will get the code 7-10 days after it is released on March 24th with DS3. Unfortunately nothing has officially been announced by Microsoft.

    Have you made a post here (forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx) in the Promotions and Special Offers forums regarding your issue? We are unsure as to when Dark Souls
    will be released as backwards compatible but someone will better be able to assist you in the forums link provided.
