Dark Souls 1 code

I preordered Dark Souls 3 on February 17, 2016 with the promise of getting Dark Souls 1 in 7-10 days. After 10 days and not receiving, I contacted support in which they informed me that it was business days. Well it has now been 13 business days and have
not received the code.

I bought dark souls 3 and never received my code for dark souls 1.

 

i also ordered the deluxe on the 21st and have been told to wait microsoft where is my code!?

 

I have the same issue. I Waited for 18 days then I finally get the code. So yes I have received my code about 5 days ago and when you enter it. Now it tells me that I have to wait for Xbox to tell me when I can use the code???? So id guess it looks like
the original Dark Souls will be playable the very same day as the new Dark Souls 3????
