Hey I forgot to use the code I got with Dark Souls 3 to get Dark Souls 1 for free quite sometime ago. Is there anyway I can get another message with a different code

I preordered dark souls 3 the 17th of February the one that comes with the dark souls 1 code on the Microsoft store through the xbox one and I've not got the code for dark souls 1 yet.

They is no way to undo deleted messages with codes on them, however i would advise you to contact Xbox Official Support to see if this is possible
