    DARK SOULS 1 code still missing, third post on this forum


    Spoken to customer support 3 times, and this is my third post on the forums. I still have no code and it has been over 3 weeks. Please for the love of god deliver what was promised.

    Haven't received Dark Souls promo code

    I purchased Dark Souls 3 on February 21st and still haven't received my promo code for Dark Souls 1. I was told to post on this forum from your support team and you guys will contact me back in 24 hours.

    It doesn't matter you can post on here all you want but they'll literally give you the same answer they were giving two weeks ago" we're sorry for the inconvenience we have it all straightend out now and the codes should be delivered by the end of the week"
    then they'll lock the post before you can even ask any questions. It's now been 17 days since I pre ordered.

    My advice cancell get a refund go to Amazon and buy the Collectors Edition or the standard as they come with the code as well or if you still want to wait on Xbox to fix it call trading standards as the whole offer/service around it has broken the law then
    maybe on future games we won't have to deal with C rappy support
