Dark Souls 1 code not received - Second Post as requested

Good Morning,

As per my previous thread, I am reposting this

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

As you can see I was told to post again if I hadn't received my code by yesterday.

Please could this be looked into as I would really like to play the game before DS3 is released.

The offer states Code will be received in 7 - 10 days, so my understanding is that the code should have arrived by now, as it doesn't state 7 - 10 days after DS 3 release

I have seen all the other threads including the ones with very unhappy gamers, so they have no need to respond here on my behalf

I have the purchase confirmation email

Thanks a bunch for following up. As you have noted by seeing similar posts, the Dark Souls have not gone out yet. We can assure you that the codes will be sent out, and if you don't get your codes by the end of this Friday, March 4th 2016, please post a
new thread letting us know
