Dark Souls 1 code is incorrect

I recently bought dark souls 3 on disk and it came with a code for dark souls 1 on xbox 360. The code is only 22 digits long however and does not work. I contacted customer support about this and they refered me here. My case code is 1339516563

Message with code has gone

I preordered Dark Souls 3 and received a message from Xbox with a code for Dark Souls 1. I did not use this code. Now the message has gone. Is there any way to get the message or the code for Dark Souls 1?

 

Did you read the link on the email?

Anything lwS then 25 characters means that it has its own website where you redeem the code

I did it with my amazon codes too I had to redeem it thru a special website which linked to my accounr

 

Its not an email its a paper that came in the disk case and it says redeem on xbox.com

 

Since it was purchased on disc, you would actually need to contact the retailer you purchased it for to try to exchange it.

 

Did you check the paper it came with then for the Web link?

It wouldn't be xbox live code but a different website to redeem it

Normally code issues similar to this is best handled with the retailer, but this actually a known issue that
Namco Bandai Support requested to assist with. Go ahead and follow that link for further assistance. Keep us posted on how it goes!
