Dark Souls 1 code from pre-order

Hi!

As several other posts on the forum i pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and have yet to receive the code for Dark Souls 1.

I pre-ordered on the 21 of februari. When i contacted Xbox Chat Support they directed me to this forum and told me to make a post here.

The ticketnumber is [mod removed]

Can someone help me with this problem?

Never received promo code for Dark Souls 1 after preordering Dark Souls 3

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 and never received my code for Dark Souls 1.

Dark souls digital code

I pre-ordered dark souls 3 and haven't received the pre-order bonus that was a digital code for dark souls 1

 

Anyone actually does get their code please post

 

On reddit there are several people saying they received the code on march 4th. So codes have been going out.

 

I still haven't received my code, i pre-odered on february 18th and spoke to microsoft twice and i was told to wait
