Dark souls 1 code from dark souls 3 preorder

pre-Ordered ds3, I was supposed to get a code in my messages/message center within 7-10 days to put in for dark souls 1.

Never received the code and it's been 3 weeks.

Dark Souls 1 Code Missing

I purchased my Dark Souls 3 preorder on Feb 18th, 2016 and have not yet received my Dark Souls 1 code, now 11 business days later.

 

I purchased dark souls 3 haven't received code

purchased dark souls 3 on February 19 and still Haven't recieved my code for dark souls 1 I hope that by posting here I will recieve it or I'll cancel my preorder
