    Dark Souls (1) Code Already Used?


    Excuse me but a friend recently gave me a never used code for Dark Souls (that he got with Dark Souls 3) and I've tried to redeem it, however, it says it's already been redeemed despite it never doing so. So what should I do? It would be nice to at least
    get some clarity into it and I don't think my friend could resend the code to his retailer as it's almost been a year.

    I've been trying to redeem it on Xbox 1 but I don't know what to do.

    Preordered Dark Souls 3, haven't received code for Dark Souls 1.

    I purchased dark souls 3 deluxe on february 20th and still havent got the code for dark souls 1 and it already been 10 days
