    Hi Microsoft, how are you?

    So it has now been 13 days since i preordered Dark Souls 3 (ridiculously excited) and i was made even more excited with the offer of receiving dark souls 1 code 7-10 days after purchase. As mentioned it has now been 13 days and i haven't received said code.
    Im totally aware that you are busy and any number of problems could of arisen in rolling out this wonderful offer but i was wondering if there is any information you could share to shine some light on the situation?

    Dark souls code for xbox one

    I preordered dark souls 3 to get the code for dark souls 1 I pre ordered on Feb 16th it is no march 3rd. I got my code for dark souls 1 today march 3rd but when I try to redeem the code it says I already own this game but when I lock for it in my downloads
    it isn't there for my xbox one and that is where I wanna play it. When will dark souls 1 be backwards compatibility on the XBOX ONE so I can redeem my code and play my game.

    No Dark Souls 1 with My Dark Souls 3 preorder

    I waited the the 10 days that my Dark souls code should have came in and I didn't get I do need a code so I can get My Dark souls for backwards compatibility

    Dark Souls 1 backwards compatibility code no show!!

    There was a large thread devoted to this issue, which was locked by an Admin earlier today. The official answer in a nutshell was "wait longer, and if you still don't get it, make another thread on the forums". Terrible customer service.

    Hi there dark souls 1 is not yet backwards compatibly so that is why you have not received a code once it is you will get a message on Xbox one to redeem a code.
