    Dark screen when turning xbox one one.


    The past few days this has happened when ever I turn my xbox on. Its like the brightness has been turned right down. When I turn it off and back on again the picture is then fine. Is anyone else having this problem at the moment? I'm not sure if its a
    bug with the recent sytem update.

    Dim screen on power on

    Lately when I've been turning on my Xbox One, the television screen is dark. I can see pictures, but it is very dark -- like the Xbox or TV is in some sort of screensaver mode.

    My One is set up to display tv on power on. The problem persists if I go to the home screen.

    Cycling the tv power doesn't fix it.

    Cycling the Xbox One power has fixed it every time so far.

    I didn't see this problem before the most recent update (although that may just be coincidence).

    Dim display after booting Xbox one

    Recently I have been experiencing issues after turning on my console. The screen will be extremely dim. The white Xbox one logo that displays during startup appears almost dark grey. And when I'm at the home screen it's very dark. Restarting the console
    fixes this issue. But it happens everytime I turn it on for the first of the day. Could this be a software update issue after the last update?

    Just noticed that I spelt one of the words wrong in the suject title. Could a mod please change the last word to on instead of one. Thank you. Teach me to make posts via my phone and not checking it!

    I did fixed it with a hard reset. Im in the beta preview.

    Same thing happening to me, so frustrating it seems like its one thing after another with the Xbox one. I had the 360 from release and had no issues with it what-so-ever unlike Xbox one.

    i'm having an issue with my Xbox one. i had a slight 3 second power failure this morning and my entire house went dark. when i tried to turn on my Xbox one it got as far as the green logo and went to a black screen. note: it's not a data overload.
