Dark Coloring issues sometimes when opening games

So Ive been having this issue for quite some time now, when I would open some games (only sometimes) the coloring would be darker for some reason. Asked around on xbox support, reddit, and all over the web to no avail. But finally I think i may have figured
it out. So i I was just playing pubg test server and it was all good. No coloring or darker contrast issues. I than quite pubg test server and went to home page than opened battlefield 5. It was all dark and weird. So i quit the game, reopened it and same
thing. Usually I would have to hold the power butt on the console for ten seconds till it powered down completely. But this time i went to the settings and looked at my display settings and turned off the hdr10 feature and it seemed to work. Haven't tried
it multiple times. Just once. But I've been having this issue for a long time and it's been very upsetting for me. I will update in a few days after I see if that was the issue but I'm sure it was. I hope this helps anyone having this issue.

The only problem for me is that cinema makes the colors look kinda bland and when gaming i really want my colors to pop. Standard looks good in terms of colors but its too dark.

I don't like most of the weapon skins because they're distracting. Most of the maps are very dark and earth tone so when I see a random color that stands out I sometimes think it's an enemy. Not a big deal but some do look pretty out of place.

I always play games in a dark room so the color of the controller is a non-issue to me. I would imagine white controllers would be a available at some point though.

Please proceed to do a power cycle to fix the issue

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.
