    Thanks for sharing this information. No, we will try to fix this issue. You will not need to play on low resolution for life.

    Do you have other HDMI cable to test? And do you also have other TV to test?

    I'm almost sure it is a HDMI cable or port issue. It can be something with the console too, but in this case it would be a hardware issue so it would be needed to be serviced. But please let's test with other HDMI cables, ports and if available with other TV.

    Okay. I tested it and the problem is not the cord but the TV because it is working perfectly fine on 720 and 1080 on my older TV, but I did not change any settings on my TV so I don’t know what the problem could be.

    Does the TV that is having this issue have another HDMI port or just one? If it has more than one, would you please test it on the other HDMI port?

    Also, would you please go to your TV image settings and see if there's something related to picture mode or TV mode. It should be selected as "normal". Would you please try to set it as "movie" or "game" mode to see if it gets better?
