Daredleek84 is sitting in one spot for the past half hour preventing me from doing bounties and sufch in Destiny. I filed a report and nothing was done. This is ridiciulous that someone that spends as much money as I do gets treated this way by someone and
you do nothing about it.

It maybe advisable to try and contact Destiny support on this issue, as this is not a technical issue with the game loading or playing, but an internal games issue.

Sorry to hear it. First off, I wanted to mention that it is against the terms of use of the forums to name and shame here.

You can report a tag for inactivity from within the game menu, however it can take some time for something to be done. If it is a planetary bounty you're trying to do simply go to orbit and then drop back down. Odds are that you'd be put in a different
lobby than the other person.
