Dante's inferno saved game is stuck

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support! We understand that you are facing issues regarding your saved games. but don't worry let's troubleshoot the issue.

When you can't save your games this usually happens when your Xbox One console has some corrupted files and also it might be having an issue keeping a good connection to Xbox Live.

To determine if the saved game is corrupted, follow these steps:

1. Select Settings > System > Storage.
   
2. Select the storage location, and then press the A button.
   
3. Select Games and Apps, and then press the A button.
   
4. Select the game, and then press the A button.
   
5. Select the saved game, and then press the A button.
   
   Note A corrupted saved game file is marked with a yellow exclamation mark.
   
6. If the saved game file is corrupted, delete the corrupted file. To do this, select Delete.
   

To test your network connection:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Settings.
   
3. Select All Settings.
   
4. Select Network.
   
5. Select Network Settings.
   
6. On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there’s a problem with your connection.

You're welcome for the response . Thank you for keeping me updated on this scenario. I have played the game as well. It is a great game! It reminded me of the Devil May Cry series. Dante's Inferno is a

backwards compatible game. Thus, the game should contain the same content as the Xbox 360 version. Any in game issues would be addressed with the
EA Support Team. Was the game last played on an Xbox 360? It is possible to upload the saved data from the Xbox 360 hard drive to the Xbox cloud. The article,

Xbox Cloud Game Saves on Xbox 360, will provide instructions on how to upload the data. Once the content is uploaded to the cloud, the Xbox One will read that information when the game is launched. Be sure to keep us posted Dante!

Thank you for your response Maybe to be a little more specific, there aren't any statues of Beatrice within the game this time around like there was in the Xbox 360 to help change costumes or save the game where we are at so we can load where we left
off. I Iove the game but I don't have the attention span to make it past the Lust level.
