    There is an issue with the game Dante inferno and with the backward compatibility of the game. We are looking into the issue and will provide any updates when they become available.

    Hi Sebastian,

    I just wanted to throw out there that you can individually report problems or bugs related to software/updates from your Xbox to send it straight to the Xbox team responsible for working out solutions to these types of issues.

    Reports are reviewed on a case by case basis and it will really help out the team in pinpointing the issue and working on a solution.

    The report a problem feature through the Xbox Insider Hub app     allows you to include screenshots or videos. It's a useful tool in case you come across an issue that isn't solved by console troubleshooting.

    We'll keep an eye out for any new updates, but feel free to come back and check anytime!

    Dantes Inferno not shown in available Games    . We closed that thread since it was created November 21, 2018 but we wanted a place for everyone to receive updates. This is a known issue with the backward compatibility of Dante's inferno. We are looking into
    the issue and will provide any updates when they become available.

    may be it's because I'm in Germany but the supporter told be, that he can not forward me to a second level support. I thought may be here in forum are some supporters too.

    That is probably what you need is a higher team to look into it. The only way to do that is to get with support again. There could be an issue with the license or something with the profile.
