Dantes Inferno not shown in available Games

I had a 3!!! hour phone call with the support. They where friendly but had only standard procedures nothing solved the issue. I would need something like a second level support, having a bit more technical background.

 

Hello Bastikio,

That is probably what you need is a higher team to look into it. The only way to do that is to get with support again. There could be an issue with the license or something with the profile.

may be it's because I'm in Germany but the supporter told be, that he can not forward me to a second level support. I thought may be here in forum are some supporters too.

Sometimes the store when it takes you to the product page, it doesn't recognize you are signed in. After you reach that landing page, click the sign in button in the upper right and select your profile again, it should refresh and hopefully you'll see a
change. The microsoft store does that to me when I purchase games and I try to get the xbox live gold price, it doesn't recognize me as logged in and tries to force full price lol.

I hope this helps at least as much as a 3 hour support call.

Do you have any friend or family members who own an Xbox 360? I would recommend signing into your account on an Xbox 360 and then obtaining the game through Games with Gold and it will show up in your Xbox One's Ready to Install. Once the game is no longer
in the Games with Gold promotion it will return to regular price.

 

Delete your profile and download It again, It may work

I tried this for the first time now. At first I thought it could work, as I could download the game at least. But when I try to start I get the error code 0x803F8001. But thanks for the advice.

After reading through, one thing that stood out here that we would like to discuss further involving the checking of the
order history, is that the game's license itself is not shown within the transaction history.

One possibility for not having the ability to purchase a game or rather having access to it without having the game on the transaction history can usually mean that
home console sharing has been set.

We would like to suggest that the console be reset to factory while keeping games and apps:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

Note: This will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

This will perform maintenance while removing the profile, that way when the account is added once again we may see if the game can be downloaded.

Attempt this and let us know the results.

you are not the first asking me to do this. The supporter I had a 3 hours phone call advised me to do this, too. So I already tried a factory reset. I've done it for a second time, but the results are the
same. The game will not appear in the available games list and I'm not able to start it.

I know, the game is not shown in my order history. But none of my XBOX 360 on demand games are (Another question - Where are the purchases made before 2013???). But I've also tried Fight Night Champion. I
bought the game on XBOX 360 in the store, it is an EA game, too. And it works without problems. Maybe the problem is directly related to this game.
