Dantes Inferno not shown in available Games

Hi,

I had bought Dante's Inferno for my Xbox 360 some years ago. When I look in the Xbox store it is shown as already bought. But I can't install the game on my Xbox One X as it is not available in the game list. The account is the same and other old 360 titles
(e. g. Fight Night Champion) are working without problems. What can I do?

Original Post to make sure each person gets the help they deserve! Now first things first we need a bit more information, what, if any troubleshooting has been done? Let us know to prevent sounding repetitive!

Hi, I have a similar problem...

But since I get Dante's Inferno thanks to GWG and simply I can download game and at the end of download discover that is not shown in available games and on the hdd game is labeled as corrupted, I believe that, at least for some of us, there is a problem
with "download" and not with licence... (Today I downloaded Dragon Age II without problems).

If find solution please, be kind share it. Thanks

I would check your purchase history to make sure your account is the one that owns the game, Anything you own will show there or show as owned. It will show as owned in the Xbox store as well. -https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/check-xbox-live-bill

 

If you picked the game from GwG and you do not have it in the library, restart Xbox and then you will appear in the library.

thanks for your reply. The transaction is not visible in the history but the game is shown as already purchased. So I can't download it and I can't buy it either.

thanks for your Reply. I don't picked it from GwG as I already own it. It is simply not available in my games. I already restarted Xbox and reseted it too. Also I removed account and added it again, but nothing worked.

Have you tried accessing it from the Xbox 360 marketplace? If you sign into microsoft.com and search dante's inferno, it should give you a link to the game from the marketplace. If you have the screenshot, click install on my devices.



Then you should have an option to install to your Xbox.



Alternatively you could open the microsoft store app on your xbox and search Dante's Inferno, and it will open in the 360 marketplace. Either way it should take you where you need to be. I've found if it doesn't show in my list if I search it in the microsoft
store it will let me install.

If you can send a screenshot of what it looks like when you navigate to that page that will tell us more about your problem.

 

I suggest You to change the region of your console and try to download it, if It doesn't work you should talk to support

thanks for your reply. The things are a bit weird I think. When I go to the microsoft marketplace as you said. The store doesn't seem to know I'm owning the game. There is the option to show prices (Preis anzeigen).





But when I klick on "Preis anzeigen" I'm forwarded to the Xbox 360 store. And this page states "Bereits gekauft" (already bought). But I don't have a download option.

 

I already had a 3!!! hour conversation with the Xbox first level support. They only have their standard advices, but this seems to be a non standard problem.

 

Hello Bastikio,

Do you get the same thing on the website on a PC? If so the best thing to do is contact support so they can look into it. They will be able to see if you have the license.
