Dante's Inferno DLC on Xbox One - missing

I can see this issue going back to 2018 with no resolution.

Purchased Dante's Inferno DLC does not appear on the Xbox One, instead the store page wants me to re-purchase that content.

If I browse the original Xbox store, I can see the content is owned:

If I browse the new Microsoft store, it shows I own the base game but wants me to buy the DLC again:

So the issue isn't limited to the Xbox One console itself, more an issue with the new store not registering that I own the content. If I "buy" the Free Souls DLC on the new Microsoft Store, it appears on the Xbox One console.

It seems this isnt an issue EA can resolve as its to do with the Microsoft store. I can play the game and all its content on my original Xbox 360, but I don't want to do that.

Is there any plans to rectify this? I shouldn't have to re-buy DLC.

All content that is purchased from the Microsoft Store and installed is the developer's responsibility to activate the in-game content. But it's strange that the content doesn't show up as purchased from the Microsoft Store. It is difficult to say who is responsible in this case and as the community does not have access to any internal system we are not able to intervene in these cases

I see. If you go into game manager and add-ons the DLC doesn't show up to be installed?

Yes, as I said, the content is showing purchased on the Xbox site, it is not purchased on the Microsoft site.

I also said the content works on the 360, it does not work on the Xbox One.

Thats a pretty good summary right there.

The issue is with Microsoft unless somehow EA has access to the back end marketplace. Would be a different story if the DLC was an ingame purchase kinda like how Dead Space 3 operates, but its not. Its a content piece accessible on the Xbox Marketplace the X360 uses but the purchase isnt mirrored to the Microsoft Marketplace the XB1 uses.

There are what 400 X360 titles with DLC mirrored on both marketplaces that work just fine, and MS have done a great job with those. This one slipped through the cracks but it seems none of these posts reach anyone important enough to get it fixed.
