“I'm not sure why I received a suspension. All the notice says is looking for group. I'm pretty sure I haven't posted a looking for group since August. And everything I've seen indicates they suspend you for trading in game items. Pretty sure I don't do anything like that cuz all I play are mostly single player games and Friday the 13th. So I am confused why this happened in the 1st place. I'm all up to owning my mistakes, but blaming me for something I didn't do is something that rubs me the wrong way."

Not well. I have a suspension, the enforcement team has no real point of contact making me think it's automated and unrefined. Which can lead to several unfairly banned accounts and if not addressed may evolve into a major loss of a loyal and at this point heartbroken customer.
