    Some other experiences no error

    While playing on a tablet with the same account: it is possible to play Brookhaven of Rainbow friends

    What is going wrong on the Xbox?

    Please help..

    Daniel, this error code, based on the report on the roblox website, is due to a misconfigured network or misconfigured account.

    As you use the account normally on the tablet, then I believe it is a network error only

    Alright, let's try this here then

    Press and hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds, wait for it to turn off. Unplug it. Now wait 1 minute before turning it on.

    Configuration>Network>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual>Primary 1.1.1.1 and Secondary 1.0.0.1

    Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

    Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

    Select Settings.

    Select Network.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select NAT Test Type.

    Tell me what appears on this test, please

    I'm sorry to hear you are having problems updating.

    Can you tell me what exactly you are trying to update? (Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X|S, PC app?)

    Try power cycling your console:

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
    2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the console back in and turn it on by pressing the Xbox button.
    4. After the console restarts, try installing the system update again.
    5. If the update still doesn’t work, go to:Perform an offline system update
    If that doesn't help, you can try following the steps on the troubleshooting page Troubleshoot system updates on Xbox | Xbox Support

    You may also want to call and check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to make sure there is not a blockage preventing you from performing the necessary update.

    Achievement/Xbox update please

    I am not deleting my saved game data in the hope that it will fix it. That's not an acceptable solution. Your conversation sounds like the ones I have had. Here is the most recent:
