Dangerous exploit on Xbox accounts

Of course you can be hacked on Xbox live. The password for the account is the very same password for Microsoft live including messenger. People's PCs get hacked all the time with many exploits designed to get that password.which also allows access to hotmail
accounts. They need to set up an Xbox specific password but even that could be exploited if you sign into Xbox Live on a PC or tablet.

Due to exploiting your achievements your gamerscore and achievements were reset. Therefore you will need to earn your achievements the correct way. If you continue to exploit your gamerscore or anything else it is possible your Xbox Live account or console
can be permanently suspended from Xbox Live.

The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

Sorry, I haven't read the article you linked, but is it possible to do other things to an account using this exploit? I'm asking because I've had a lot of trouble with bandwidth reduction for years, along with many other technical issues that's always easy to explain by Support but isn't what's really going on.

I don't think Support want to tackle the issue of hackers and hacking, which had an activity spike over 3000% when the lockdowns began in 2021 and is a very serious problem for all of us.
