    Dangerous adverts in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    Hi

    Can I ask who moderates the ad content for the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app?

    I don't mind ads in general so its not a complaint about adverts existing within the app.

    In the past few weeks there has been a noticeable uptick in adverts for weigh loss pills. There are at least 2 different brands being pushed - very poor quality (spelling errors etc) - for weight loss pills. This is dangerous and it shouldn't be allowed. It doesn't look like they are regulated, who knows what they actually do. Can you let me know if (and when) they can be removed?

    The ad content is moderated through a robust set of algorithms that take into account a wide range of parameters. We can take a look at what you mentioned above and see if something else might be going on.

    • Would you kindly provide a screenshot of the ad in question?
    • Please make sure to remove all personal information from the screenshot (Gamertag, Email, etc)
    You can reply directly to this thread with it, and I will investigate it further.

    If you're looking to remove the ads completely, the only way to do that is to upgrade to the Premium edition. This will take out all ad content and leave you with a clean interface.

    Treasure Hunt crashed on the first two attempts at a Bonus Level, possibly intermittent

    I got two more bonus levels: On the first one, the advert came up as "Cannot Load" with a Play button. Hitting the Play button played the prior advert, and I was able to complete the level. The second level went off without a hitch.

    The advert (MS Solitaire Collection) was the same for all three levels.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
