Dance Central Spotlight

Hello, i've bought the Xbox One from resaler (network operator p4). There were included 3 games. One of them is full downloadable game Dance Central Spotlight with 10 songs - at least the concent on the sheet says that. The problem is: after i scaned the
QR code with the game it has started to download but after that, it appears to be only a trial version. There are only 2 games and nothing more. On home screen there are home screen popping up and says i can try trial version od logout. Is this a code mistake
or what?

I am also experiencing the same issue, we bought and xbox one on the 26th. As advertised it came with a code to download the full game of Dance Central Spotlight. After scanning the QR code and downloading the game it is telling me that it is a trial and
I still need to purchase the full version.

 

yep me too, talk about false advertising!

 

I have encountered the same problem. Hope Microsoft will fix this ASAP.

We only have to uninstall the game and install the same position from game & apps menu - (ready to install)? Or there are maybe more things to undertake?

I reinstalled game but nothing changed. Game still in demo version. I tried to use code again but it says it's already used.

BIG BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

yep still stuck in trial mode, when attempting to get the full game it is asking for payment $13.45...

tried reentering code and it says it has already been redeemed...

I'm seeing some of you posting back saying you're still having troubles with trying to download the full game.

If you haven't already, I would recommend following these steps to see if we can get your sorted!

1. Delete Dance Central Spotlight.
2. Power cycle your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
   
3. Try redownloading the game.

When you go to redownload the game, make sure you are signed in with the correct account that redeemed the code originally. If you're still having an issue after trying these steps, please post back and let us know. Thanks!

 

I went through all steps as recommended but still game available in demo mode only!
