dance central spotlight freezing

so this only happens on multiplayer with 2 accounts not 1 account and a guest account. every time an acheivment is unlocked the screen and sound freezes and kicks out to dash board after about 15-30 seconds. never had the problem until we had 2 game accounts.
please help this is extremely annoying

Dance central spotlight keeps freezing

My dance central spotlight is freezing every second song, when there are two players. After freezing it just pops out to dashboard. I've tried to reboot the console, but it doesn't help. Please help

I'm seeing this too. When my fiancee and I play together and are both signed in with our accounts, it constantly freezes and crashes, usually at the end of a song. It's happened in the middle of a song too.

 

I've tried turning off notifications and that didn't help. I would like to know if there is a fix for this as I would like to play the game I have paid for

 

I've noticed this occurs on my DCS as well. Typically when 2 accounts are logged in and at end of song. Normally, it occurs on the first or second song played right after I purchase and download a song. All in all very annoying I hope this bug will be addressed.

 

It usually happens when I play with my wife.

 

This is still happening and it's May 2015. Why is this not fixed yet?!?!
