    Dance central 3 doesn't work


    I've been using my dance central 3, like a lot of times now.

    I played 2 or 3 times this past 2 months, due my batteries were dead. I tried to play today, but it came there is no disk on the console. I've tried other games and they worked perfectly.

    What can I do?

    Hello, I´m Jamie. an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

    Please could you try the following steps.

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds, at which point it will shut down.

    2. Unplug the power supply from your console.

    3. Wait for about 3 minutes.

    4. Plug the power supply back into your console.

    5. Press the Xbox button on your Xbox One console to turn it on.

    Please could you try the following:

    1. Press the menu key of the controller.

    2. Go to Settings > Devices & connections.

    3. In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage".

    4. Select "Clear persistent storage".

    5. Please restart your console after!!

    And I checked the disk everywhere and it is okay, doesn't have scratch or anything else
