    Hello users, I have a question,

    A couple of weeks ago, I bought a game, Dance Central 2, reading the manual contains a code, normal 25-digit one, but reading the manual says there's another 16-digit code, which can come in the manual or on a I separate book, but does not come from nowhere,
    the game is new, some solution? Sorry for bad writing,

    5. TO IMPORT DANCE CENTRAL 2: Select Dance Central 2 Import. Enter the 25-digit code printed on the back of your Dance Central 2 manual. If you accidentally entered this code previously when trying to import the original Dance Central, you don't need to
    enter the code again. Likewise, if you've purchased Dance Central 2 from Games on Demand, simply select Dance Central 2 Import and you'll be taken to the next step without needing to enter a code.

    6. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase the Dance Central Export Pack.

    Hey i am having a similar issue. I recently bought dance central and it had the brand new untampered card with code. Upon reading instructions to redeem code from with in dance central 2 it does not give me a purchase option only a cancel option. is there
    a possibility that the code may just be bad? i even called xbox support and dealt with them for about an hr with no solution. I just want to play both dance central 1 and 2 without having to switch discs. Please help if you can. thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand this situation can be frustrating. We have noticed others were having a similar issue as well. When entering the code, does it provide a message like an error code or something saying it was redeemed?



    Side Note: each game can only be exported once.

    Exporting the original Dance Central and/or Dance Central 2 to
    Dance Central 3 will cost 400 Microsoft points per disc, and you need an Xbox-LIVE enabled Gamertag that has permission to make purchases. If you've already exported the original
    Dance Central track list into Dance Central 2, you don't need to export those songs again; they'll automatically install in your
    Dance Central 3 library. All of your previously purchased downloadable content will also import automatically.

    Please check out the following link regarding the steps to take to
    export Dance Central and / or Dance Central 2 into Dance Central 3.
