Dance Central 1&2 import->3

I have Dance central 1-3 and see that I can import the first 2 games into 3. However after I input either of the codes on the back of the manuals the next screen recognizes the code but I only get the option to cancel* and go no further.

DC1 has a 4x4 = 16 digit code

DC2 has a 5x5 = 25 digit code

*I get the option to press y and read the agreements and other options but not to continue to install

Hi,

I believe the normal 25 digit code included in your Dance Central 2 game is Microsoft currency that could be used to buy and download Dance Central songs from the Xbox Marketplace.

The 16 digit code would be used to redeem in-game I believe to import/export songs from Dance Central 1 to Dance Central 2.

Hi there,

I'm having the same problem and those links don't help. I only see a Cancel option for the Dance Central 2 Import Pack. I'm able to buy other songs with the profile I'm using so my gamertag has the relevant permissions.

Within Dance Central 3, I see my Dance Central 1 songs (as I imported them years ago into Dance Central 2) but the Dance Central 2 songs are not in the list.

Any guidance would be really appreciated as I've tried a lot of things but not getting anywhere.

5. TO IMPORT DANCE CENTRAL 2: Select Dance Central 2 Import. Enter the 25-digit code printed on the back of your Dance Central 2 manual. If you accidentally entered this code previously when trying to import the original Dance Central, you don't need to
enter the code again. Likewise, if you've purchased Dance Central 2 from Games on Demand, simply select Dance Central 2 Import and you'll be taken to the next step without needing to enter a code.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase the Dance Central Export Pack.

I dance the game with an autistic boy and he absolutely loves it. It is great therapy for him and has done wonders. However he breaks the drawer on the xbox if I don't catch him switching the disks - which of course causes no games to usable. So I really
hope we can find a solution.

I contacted Microsoft support and they are seeing if they can help me solve this with Harmonix. They did such a good job on the game.
