    I sent my Xbox s in for repairs and not only did I get it back damaged but it’s still giving me problems, I’ve called sent pictures and have spent at leased 10 hours on the phone with support and my last phone call the support member said that I will be
    getting a call back to resolve my issues but that’s been 2 days ago and still nothing. I’m so disappointed in the treatment that I have revieced from Xbox .

    Xbox Support doesn't have direct contact with the Xbox Repair center. If you've contacted Xbox Support and reported that your xbox was damaged upon its return, then they should have provided you with a 10 digit case number and informed you that they would
    contact you within 5-7 business days, usually by email and not by phone in most cases.

    This case would get sent up to the person that handles these issues and it usually take a few days for them to go through this process.

    The G3 and SCAR nerfs aren't that bad just for the reference. They literally only lost 2 points of damage per bullet. They went from 32 damage p/s to 30 damage p/s. Over distance the G3 still does 20 damage p/s when every other AR drops to 17.5. The SCAR
    is similar. Drop off damage is 17, every other SMG is 14.3.
