    If it`s been stood unused for 6 months chances are the laser just needs a good clean. Surprising how much dust finds its way inside electricals.

    Try using a lens cleaner CD and then see what happens.

    For future reference you should create a new thread detailing your issue instead of bumping an older thread with a different problem.

    Your disc has been scratched due to the console being moved while the disc was in it and the console was on. You will need to either see if you can get the disc repaired or purchase a new copy (Disc or Digital).

    Also, if your console is standing on end then you should lay it flat to prevent scratches like this in the future.
