Damaged Save - Minecraft in Xbox One

Hi, we've had a bit of a problem on my Xbox One. When trying to load our favourite world, we get this message:

"Damaged Save - This save is corrupt or damaged. Would you like to delete it?"

I'm not sure what to do here. If I delete the corrupt save, will it be replaced from the cloud if I 'sync' again?

Problem with a save from Minecraft!

The way to transfer your Minecraft save is you need to log into Minecraft on 360 and export for Xbox One. Then you can switch to Xbox One and import the save file.

 

Provided you've been playing while connected to Xbox Live, your saves will be in the Cloud. You can delete the save off of your hard drive and when you boot up Minecraft it will sync the saves.

 

So what if I saw this message and hit cancel rather than delete? Suddenly that world no longer shows up in my Play game menu to be able to fix anything by cloud syncing. Just missing. (Xbox One/Xbox live)

I've been in chat with the Xbox support (India?) twice and all they could tell me to try was delete profile and do a hard reset which I did. The oher world synced from the cloud, but not THIS one, my prized one. HELP!!!!!!

 

I pressed delete and now my game isn't there on the xbox one editon its just gone .... help is it posiibly on the cloud for me to get it back on to my xbox one?

 

let me know team bowie if u get any help with thisok and ill keep u up to date if I get any ... please I'm so upset I lost my world....

 

I got nothing, even after contacting Mojang. Worst support. They refused help because it's Xbox. Sent me to Minecraftforum.net and still no one has responded. They're so afraid of protecting their TOS (or none of their techs are truly that savvy).
