I recommend contacting the store that sold you the card and asking for a replacement.

Only your retailer can help you with refunds or replacements in this issue.

What is the retailer you purchased it from?

retailers have to keep all transactions for tax purposes, they will have a copy of your transaction and your receipt on their system, if they do not then report them to the appropriate governing body.

even if the customer loses a receipt the store/shop should be able to provide a copy.

Now if you paid by cash then it becomes a little trickier as you would need to know the specific date and time of purchase.
