    My download card for FIFA 16 was accidently damaged by my younger brother, who scratched off 6 digits in the middle of the 25 digit code; is it possible for this to be replaced?

    Not is possible see the code acess to download

    I bought a full card of the game tomb raider, the stripe is with very strong glue and cut it damaged the number, and I can not download the game.

    How should precede to retrieve the code?

    This is possible?

    I pree orderd xbox one Halo edition but the card with the download code for FOTUS class armor i damaged and i cant see 3 off the numbers

    The first suggestion I'd have would be to take the card back to the store and see if they will do an exchange. If they won't, I'd contact support to see what they might be able to do. support.xbox.com/contact-us

    That would mean you will need to reach out to our support team for that. Please ready the Proof of purchase the damaged card then contact support by following the steps below:

    1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.

    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
    7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
    8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
    9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

    Based on what you have stated that you do not have a payment option. Please see the method below on how to add it.

    To add another payment method to your Microsoft account, please follow these steps:

    - Sign in to your Microsoft account on a web browser.

    - Select Payment & billing > Payment options.

    - Select Add a payment option and choose the type of payment method you want to add.
