    Damaged game disc replacement? Xbox one


    Hello,
    Our Sims 4 game disc appears to be damaged and will no longer load (other discs are working). We've bought add ons digitally to go with this game too. If I buy a replacement disc will we lose the add ons previously purchased?

    I was thinking about the Xbox One Game Disc Exchange Program https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/troubleshooting/disc-replacement-program

    But this sounds like damage done by neglect and would not meet the standards for a replacement. This program is for discs that didn't work right after getting them or they were damaged when you opened the case.

    You will most likely have to buy the game discs again. Consider digital instead of a disc if you want to not use discs.

    Hello, no you wont lose your stuff at all. Its saved on the cloud. All you need to do is purchase a new disc. You might need to install the new disc also.
