    Tonight I turned on my xbox one x, connected to my Samsung NU8009 and this is what it looks like. The colors are messed, the image is unsharp and very faded. Everything was working fine before, for the last few months and nothing has changed so I don't know
    what happened. Has anyone else experienced this?

    I tried a different HDMI cable and now it's back to normal, so i guess the cable is the culprit.

    Hi there,

    Have you tried a new HDMI cable at all? Also, it might be worth
    changing the dark or light theme colour     to see if it kick starts things in the right direction. Hope things work out!

    I assume you have checked the HDMI cable to make sure it is plugged in correctly, and isn't damaged?

    Could the settings on your screen have been changed before uses?

    other than that, I don't know of anything else that might help that hasn't been suggested.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, we have seen this in the past and since the issue could be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
    Factory Reset    < (while keeping games and apps)
    IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
