Damage to my console after a service repair order.

Created a service repair order and sent my Xbox Series X to Microsoft to have it repaired last week because I tried to turn it on but it wouldn't start up one night but when I received it today; the exterior came back with damage and I was pretty disappointed. While it's definitely not the "end of the world" and I got one of my most favorite consoles I've ever had back, it sucks because I expected to open it up and have it in the same condition that I sent it off in. I called support and was only given the option to have it sent back in again and have it taken care of. While I appreciate that, and the person on the phone tried to help me out the best they could, I'd expect someone else who has had the same issue as I have right now would be just as disappointed and kind of reluctant to send their new console out and wait more time to get it back.

Again, I am definitely grateful for what and how support tried to help my issue out with and that I got my console back working again, but I want to know if anyone else has had the same issue and if sending it back in is my only option? What has me kinda worried is that I only have 150 days left on my warranty and was sort of told that if I don't send it back in that amount of time I probably couldn't have my console fixed, and so I'm sitting here wondering if I'm SOL because I'd rather be playing my console than having it shipped back and forth. I appreciate anybody who reads this whole thing and takes the time to add to this post. At the end of the day, the console is gonna sit behind my TV and I'm gonna enjoy playing it like it's never had these problems but it kinda sucks.

I have opened the repair box today to. And I was already expecting a pore replacement of the disc player. And it is for sure, got now a turbine engine in it…? And everywhere they damage the outside of my console to. Really heavily scratches on all three buttons and on case everywhere to! The other problems you can watch one my YouTube channel.

I’ve got your back bro! Will make a YouTube video about it and over 500k will see it. They will not give me a new one or better one I think! But it wasn’t worth €600 market money for sure!

Thank you for replying and helping out, I figured it definitely could be repaired before it runs out but I'd rather be playing on it than sending it back in again the next day I get it back and not even knowing where or how it may have happened.
