damage after return of the service centrum

Helo,

I have send my XBOX ONE to the service repair centrum for garantie repair. When I get it back I look to my xbox and it was damage.

What do I need to do?

Retail return policies are within 30 days.

Unplug your console overnight.

Take out your storage device. Push your tray (slowly, as to not damage the mechanical parts that are responsible for the process) closed after you unplug your console.

Plug your console back in, turn it on. If it's still acting up, it needs to be serviced.
