Dalk Souls problem when try to download

Hola tengo un problema. Quiero descargar el juego Dark Souls que presumen y anuncian que es gratis para miembros gold hasta el 15 de Junio según. Pues tengo la cuenta gold, pero afuerza quiere que desembolse dinero

Can't download from live

I'm having a problem downloading Dark Souls 1 from the preordering of Dark Souls 3. I went to download it and when i look in the download queue it wasn't there. Not sure what to do, someone please help or point me in the right direction.

 

Unable to buy Dark Souls on Xbox One and Xbox.com

I, as well, am having this problem. However, i live in the U.S. and I've previously purchased dark souls 1 on 360 and yet when i try to download it via the backwards compatibility it says, "Try buying on Xbox.com or Xbox 360. At the moment, this can't be
purchased on xbox one (0x8c 150020)

es que la oferta que tengo dice claramente miembro valido de Xbox Live Gold, y punto. Osea jamas especifican limitaciones, por lo que claramente se ve que es un ganchopara jalar gente, un fraude, un engaño, un timo valla; le dije que seria necesario para mi
hacer una denuncia en el consumidor ya que esto esta altamente penado. Osea el juego dice claramente: "Gratis para miembros Gold". Y aunque sea solo por 7 dias ,pero soy miembro Gold o no?

¿Que opinan ustedes de estos fraudes que realiza microsoft?
