Discus and support Daily Word Challenge in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to do the daily challenge in word games.     Daily Word Challenge


    I am trying to do the daily challenge in word games. The message I am getting is "There was a problem loading the Daily Challenge Data" Try back later. If the problem still exists contact support. SUPPORT IS NOT SUPPORTING!!!!!

    Broken advertisement

    Several of the advertisements are STILL BROKEN as of August, 06 2018!

    The advertisement for the "daily challenge" is particularly annoying! it goes like this:

    Long pause showing only a white window.

    Dialog ends with the word "is" not quite completed.

    Back to another long pause, with the audio and video still paused.

    another four words of dialog, with the video playing.

    another pause, with both the dialog and video stopped.

    Goes to next daily challenge WITHOUT FINISHING THE ADVERTISEMENT!

    Or a couple of days ago, I received FIVE advertisements that either DIDN'T RUN AT ALL( cards being dealt in a circular formation then goes straight to the daily challenge) , or paused during the advertisement. ONE BEFORE EACH OF THE FIVE DAILY CHALLENGES!
    (details submitted in my feedback immediately afterward. Rating ZERO)

    For August 5th, I had to close the daily game after completing two of the five challenges. I was told that I was OFFLINE and had to go ONLINE to complete the challenge.

    I WAS ONLINE! and your webpage KNOCKED ME OFFLINE WITH IT! ( MS daily challenge on a windows 10 computer) I could easily access my free Yahoo email webpage immediately after each notification, so there was NO PROBLEM WITH MY INTERNET CONNECTION.

    the bomb dispoal puzzle on daily chaleges will not load

    Which game is having this issue?
    The one that comes to mind is the bomb defusal in MS Ultimate Word Game daily challenges (in Jumble). If that is the case it may be an issue with the daily puzzle that is usually solved by devs.

    If we are talking about another game, then I'm clueless too.
