    Daily spending limit?


    We have been getting a surprising number of helpies with this issue. How much of this is going around? Every one of them says they have not spent any money and yet some have been locked out of the marketplace for days. Not sure if its update related or
    not i'm just curious. So far I have counted about 18 cases in about 10 hours. Maybe its nothing but that seems substantial to me. I'm sorry if someone already covered this I'm dead tired and just looking for some info/help.

    Unable to purchase Microsoft points - clueless as to why.

    There is no daily spending limit and currently Im awaiting a few things to see if the issue is resolved. I have contacted Xbox live and yeah. hopefully soon things can be resolved.

    ((I was unable to edit my post?))( In case you don't know what i'm talking about) The short version is, people getting a message when attempting to buy anything on the marketplace telling them they have reached a daily spending limit and must wait until
    tomorrow. Problem being they swear they have spent nothing, and some being locked out for 3 days so far. We have been trying to find out something in common between them but, we are limited in this respect. Any info is appreciated greatly. Thanks.

    updating the billing info, or adding a credit card if they don't have one setup and has been working.

    Also, why would you have to put in billing info if using a MS points card. I've never had this info in the system and have been able to buy downloads before. I'm having the same problem. PBR9000 code. You've reached your limit of how much you can spend
    in the XBOX Store today, even though I have not purchased anything.

    I had the same problem and called support. It did have something to do billing info being complete. Try this and see what happens.

    Step 1: Go to Commerce.Microsoft.com

    Step 2: Log in with your Xbox E-mail & Password & go to Billing Information

    Step 3: Fill out the correct information according to where you live.?

    Step 4: Restart your console & your able to make your purchase now! Daily spending limit? :)?
