Daily rewards in Microsoft Bingo

I log in every day and get the log in reward up to 6 days. Then for some reason, it resets back to day 1 and I never get the Day 7 reward.

Unable to Collect Daily Bonus

When I open the Microsoft Bingo, the window appears to redeem my daily reward. However, when I try to redeem the reward, the game displays a message "try again later". I cannot close the box and proceed to play the game.

When will I be able to play Bingo again?

I can't connect to the Bingo server like I could yesterday -- I already know that the problem is on your end because I was able to collect my Daily Bonus in Microsoft Jackpot. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE I HAVE TO START OVER FROM DAY ONE ON THE DAILY
REWARDS DIALOG!

I thought this at first too; however after playing for a while, I noticed that day 7 doesn't light up, but you do get the reward. Usually some combination of extra daubs and extra bingos. Then it resets back to day one. I've played almost everyday for
the past 9 months and have never seen anything past day 7... kinda sucks for us loyal players.

How does one know when the clock resets? i.e., some games reset their rewards timers at 3am ET/midnight PT, I have not yet figured it out for Bingo - I just don't want to put off too late to get my daily reward

Same complaint from me about BINGO. But also i have a complaint about Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Daily Challenges. I've made the complaint but as with BINGO, the silence from Microsoft is deafening! They really do not seem to care... why do they bother
to host these forums when they never respond?
