    Daily puzzles crash the game when puzzles are completed


    I have the Premium version of Jigsaw.

    2 days ago I started having problems with the daily puzzles. After completing one of the puzzles the game froze and crashed back to the desktop. I loaded the game again (and again and agiain) but it just kept freezing.

    I ran wsretet.exe to reset the store cache and also reset the program data from the apps option in all settings.

    The game still freezes every time I complete a daily puzzle.

    I have also tried this from two different computers but all have the same problem so I can only assume that the data record held on the Microsoft computer is corrupted and needs to be repaired/rewritten to ensure that all my historic data is retained. Is
    this done as part of routine data maintenance or do I have to request this be done (and if so how?)

    Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    App continues to crash

    The daily challenges crash close each time I try to play. It will download the daily puzzles but after selecting one, when it starts to open (and play an advertisement I assume) it crashes and closes. I WAS only able to do puzzles in my collections of
    "Classic Jigsaw" but now that is crashing after I've had a puzzle open for a few minutes. After a few moves, this now crashes and closes. PLEASE FIX!!!

    MS Jigsaw Crashes

    After I complete a puzzle, MS Jigsaw crashes and I'm back at my desktop. When I return to the game, the puzzle I finished shows that it was completed. When I complete another puzzle from the collection (Foods 2), it crashes again. I notice also that I appear
    to be logged in, but my image has disappeared. This problem started when I downloaded Foods 2 collection a few days ago.

    Jigsaw puzzle closes

    Program shutting down is a big problem with the daily challenges. After completing a puzzle, it shuts down and does not check off the puzzle as completed.

    I have the same issue. I paid for the puzzles, and the game just crashes when clicking on the download button on that puzzle.

    More information: In Daily Challenges, the first puzzle I try to solve does not award me the blue ribbon. I have to solve it a second time or solve one of the other two puzzles. Also, sometimes I am seeing five Daily Challenge puzzles instead of three. It changes to three when I go to a puzzle and return to Daily Challenges. Perhaps this is what's causing the problem I reported.

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    It crashes when loading the Leadership control modules, loads the first two and then spins out and freezes when loading the leadership board status for daily challenges. I tried going to Classic Puzzles immediately to see if that staved off the crash but
    it doesn't, it still crashes when it would be loading that other stuff in the background.

    Unsolvable Pyramid Games

    Are you talking about daily challenges, events, or just regular pyramid games?

    All daily games and event puzzles are solvable, although you might not be able to complete a specific board (in other words, you may not have to finish the first board to solve the puzzle).

    And if there are a 6 and 7 at the top, you need to save a 7 and 6 to use on them - no matter how tempting it may be to use them on others 6s and 7s.
