Unable to download puzzle collection also, in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; an ongoing prob;em that has infested this game for quite some time. Please fix it.     I can't get into jigsaw puzzles??

    For 2 days I've been unable to work any puzzles. At first when i finished a puzzle it would kick me completely out of game, then it now kicks me out at loading download collections, my collections and custom collections. This my second best game to play
    so please fix so i can play. Thanks

    Same here. I've downloaded a puzzle collection and nothing, took my coins though. It's impossible for me to open the daily challenges.

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

    I am having the same problem as all of you but it is now to the point where I click download on either the free puzzles or paid puzzles and it kicks me out of the game completely and goes back to my home screen. No instance in the task manager either.
    If I restart I can play the puzzles but I cannot download anything.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    Jigsaw Puzzles need fixed

    I have been having the same issues. I go to download a puzzle that I like and I have gold for, but once it starts to download it kicks me out of the program. When I open the program again I can see where it took the gold but it did not download the puzzle.
    When I look at the puzzle that I tried to download it does give me the option to download again. When I try to download it again it kicks me out of the program again. I tired going through settings and resetting the app and still have the same issue.
