  1. Daily Jigjaw Jammers are not loading


    For the past few days the daily Jigjaw Jammer puzzles have not been loading. They start the load, but the bar stops about a quarter away from the start and they won't finish loading. I can still load Jigjaw Jammer puzzles from earlier days, prior to the
    6th of April, and all other daily puzzles load. Please fix it so that I can complete all the daily puzzles. Thank you.

    Were you able to sign back into your account on the app to confirm that all that content was lost? Did you sign in with the same MSA that you have been using.

    I did the reset, however in the process I lost all 111 collections, 15 months (all of 2018 and 2017) of achievements in the daily challenges and over 340k in gold bars. To top things off, now the Daily challenges don't load at all. I want a refund for the
    last two years of paying for the Premium 2x $9.99, since I have lost everything I had done in that time. Too bad I can't get back those hours wasted playing this game.

    Jigsaw Jammer in Daily Challenges

    Hey, Crash!

    I'm not seeing any issues with Jigsaw Jams in the Daily Challenges here for me. The general cause of these loading issues is the internet connection on your computer, or an issue with an ad that is loading.

    The first thing we want to check is if
    your computer is fully updated
    . If it is, try
    uninstalling and reinstalling Jigsaw
    . If all that fails, try on another profile on your computer, with a different gamertag/Microsoft account, to see if the issue happens there.

    Let me know what all you're seeing! If nothing seems to work for you, please post back with a screenshot of what you see so we can dig further into this together. :)

    You mean that you made the 3 challenges on the time (around 3 minutes) given and the game didn't recognized that you ended it

    Or do you mean that it's not recognizing that you completed the daily challenge of any specific day?

    Could you share a screenshot with an example please?
