Daily event crashes after one round

Today is a Klondike challenge. After the first game, it crashes while loading the second game and my start up screen returns. This is the third day in a week that I have been unable to use the program. I have tried to reboot, uninstall, reinstall, checked
for updates, troubleshooting, and on chat with Xbox support for over 1 hour. Can you help?

On Tuesday, Jan 23 the game ran normally. Today is a disaster

Solitaire still crashing with latest fast ring build and latest solitaire update after ad plays

Solitaire collection still crashes after advertisement plays when selecting daily challenges or events. Only certain ads cause this to happen for me specifically the Aldi ad will crash every time, where game ads typically do not crash the app. This has
been ongoing since upgrading in the to the creators version in the fast ring has started.

App continues to crash

The daily challenges crash close each time I try to play. It will download the daily puzzles but after selecting one, when it starts to open (and play an advertisement I assume) it crashes and closes. I WAS only able to do puzzles in my collections of
"Classic Jigsaw" but now that is crashing after I've had a puzzle open for a few minutes. After a few moves, this now crashes and closes. PLEASE FIX!!!

The exact same thing happened to me with the exact same follow through with the exact same no results. I'm glad to know it isn't specific to my computer. I'm frustrated and disappointed that I can't play the "Event" all the way through, and since I did
get the first game off, that means my statistics will show that I participated but didn't finish. I've been playing these events since they started and never had a problem before though. Sorry to hear you have. I was hoping it would iron itself out by the
next event.

I have exact the same problem for the last and todays Klondike challenge. Its not a problem of the Solitaire installation, because my wife played the challenges without problems with her own account.

Ll the Daily's would work but not the Event ones. Then they started working, but not the EVENT ones stopped working. Saying no connection to the internet, but the Daily's work and so do all my other APPS!!!

I have a similar issue with Events. It usually lets me play the first one then crashes while updating the slide bar at the bottom of the screen. After that, it crashes every time I open Events Then when the event is over, it shows that I played for 20
hours our some outrageous time.

Me too. Tried rebooting machine, and uninstalling, then reinstalling MS Solitaire. I can play normal games, and daily challenges, but clicking on that Klondike Event just crashes MS solitaire.
