    On a daily basis I get the same error message, we are having trouble connecting or download the game so try again.

    It has become more than annoying and I hope you fix it.

    By the way, if I pay for the premium does it improve or since I am a cheap skate, I will continue to have issues?

    Daily Challenges not downloading

    Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000

    Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000

    Hey there apparently there is a daily limit on how many messages you are able to send i'll quote what the support page says.

    "Note After you get this error, you'll be unable to send messages for a 24-hour period.

    You get this message when you exceed your daily limit of messages. Exactly how many messages this is depends on the following factors"

    It can't be my daily limit because this has been going on for about a week now and yes my error message is your message could not be sent I tried entering the gamertag with create new message just now but I still get the error message and I do not use voice messaging

    Sorry to hear that you're having messaging problems. Are you receiving an Error: "Message Can Not Be Sent"? If you get this error, you'll be unable to send messages for a 24-hour period. You get this message when you exceed your daily limit of messages.

    Let us know if that was the issue or not!
